French by birth, French chef and Chef Executive, Alexandre started his first cuisine days more then 20 years ago, gathering precious learning experience from the some of the best French cuisine chefs, in theirs internationally renowned Michelin stars restaurants.
In 2010. Alexandre became a kitchen chef, and keep on working with some of the most prestiguos Michelin restaurants and their chefs in France, but also all over the Europe.
From Megeve, Courchevel, France; Switzerland; Ibiza, Spain; United Kindom, to Provence, Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez and restaurant such as Villa Romana, and the Kitchen Chef in restaurant La Petit Plage in 2022 in Saint Tropez, France. In 2023/2024 Alexandre is engaged as Kitchen Chef in La Folie Douce Megeve – Saint Gervais.
