Alexandre started cuisine in 2002, learning from the best cuisine chefs in France, and same time finishing French cuisine college for hospitality and catering at the CFA D’agneaux in la Manche, Normandie, France.
 
In 2010. Alexandre became a kitchen chef, and keep on working with some of the most prestiguos Michelin restaurants and their chefs in France, but also all over the Europe.
